Coca-Cola’s South African headquarters underwent a significant workspace transformation to create a productive environment aligned with global standards, involving a collaboration between consulting firm CKR and local integrator Auracle Tech.

Technology Selection for Integration and Accessibility:
The chosen technology, including Crestron Fusion for room scheduling and AirMedia for wireless presentation, was selected for its ability to seamlessly integrate with Coca-Cola’s existing infrastructure, providing staff members with easy access while prioritizing security and privacy.

Flexibility in Collaborative Spaces:
Flexibility was paramount in diverse collaborative spaces and the open-plan auditorium, with the latter designed to be adaptable for both large-scale events and smaller meetings. The technology deployed, including projector screens, laser projection, displays, touch screens, microphones, and cameras, was chosen for its integration capabilities and performance.

Quality Audio Integration with Shure Microphones and Crestron DSP1283:
Shure microphones, renowned for their quality in live and conferencing environments, were selected to complement the Crestron system’s DSP1283, ensuring high-quality audio throughout the space.

Transformation into a Modern Collaborative Workspace:
The integration of these technologies has transformed Coca-Cola’s South African office into a modern, collaborative workspace that meets the company’s global standards, enhancing productivity and collaboration among staff members.
